Swasthya Yoga

This unique program was suggested, blessed and inaugurated by Poojya Swami Chidrupananda Saraswathi on 27th of August 2005 at Mysore.

Swasthya Yoga is the way of living. It is not just an exercise. Here the exercises are symbolic to what is actually required - Regular Practice. It is a constant remembrance of what we have to do, adopt and improve in our life.

“Swasthya” means “Complete Health” and “yoga” means ‘to associate”. So, association of complete health with your life is “Swasthya Yoga” .

This is not only a physical exercise but impacts all areas of human dimensions i.e., physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. It is an important tool in the search for Total Wellness.
